Hey guys look! I’m not being lazy!
I had been assigned a new topic in my photography class, circling around equality in America. Me being the hardcore feminist from hell and outer space instantly thought of soirart's ”We ALL Can Do It” and rushed home to ask her permission to use her art as inspiration. (Her piece is the last in this photo set.) I had a lot of fun doing this shoot, the three girls I used as my models are all in my photo class and were excited to help me out. (The girl in the middle of the photos is Turtle, you can find her blog here.)
(Mind you I am a senior in high school, and I’m still improving my photography skills! Constructive criticism is welcomed!)

Be nice, but don’t be a push over. Be bold, but don’t be a bitch. Be thin, but don’t be a twig. Be curvy, but don’t be fat. Be sexy, but don’t be a slut. Be innocent, but don’t be a prude. Be interesting, but don’t be weird. Be smart, but don’t be pretentious. Be perfect, but don’t be fake. Have flaws, but don’t be ugly. Wear make-up, but don’t wear too much. Get a makeover, but don’t get plastic surgery.
I can’t be everything. I will not apologize. I am a human being.
